Maryland Medical Marijuana Grow

Easton may have one of the states 15 grower licenses.

The CBD Wellness group has sat down with Easton Maryland’s town council to discuss housing one of the states 15 licensed medical marijuana grow facilities. The small Maryland town, just under 40 miles east of Bowie, has sounded open minded about the establishment of the possible grow facility. Lynn Thomas, town planner for the city, determined that a growing facility in the former Black and Decker building would be deemed acceptable. Agricultural growing is already allowed in this area, which greatly helps the odds of approval for the CBD Wellness groups application.  John Pica Jr, who represents the CBD Wellness group, sounds very optimistic about the organizations chances to be approved to grow medical marijuana by the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission.

The proposed building space would comfortably allow over 50,000 square feet of growing to start, with an option to expand to 100,000 square feet.
